Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) was established to consolidate and manage the Government of Dubai's portfolio of commercial companies and investments. It currently has a portfolio in sectors that include financial services, transportation, energy and industrial, real estate, leisure, and retail. As of December 31, 2019, Investment Corporation of Dubai had assets of AED 1.12 trillion, compared to AED 879.23 billion in 2018, AED 844.29 billion in 2017, AED 769.9 billion in 2016, AED 720.09 billion in 2015, and AED 672.28 billion in 2014.
