State General Reserve Fund (SGRF)
The State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) is the largest sovereign wealth fund in the Sultanate of Oman. It manages the reserves placed in its care to achieve best possible long term returns with acceptable risks through investing in a diversified portfolio of asset classes in more than 25 countries worldwide. It focuses primarily on fixed income, public equities, money markets, private equity and real estate. In June 2020, the State General Reserve Fund was absorbed by the newly created Oman Investment Authority.
