Qatar Computer Emergency Response Team (Q-CERT)
Qatar Computer Emergency Response Team (Q-CERT) is a national, government-sponsored, organization setup under the auspices of Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology in cooperation with the Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute (CERT Coordination Center). It is concerned with the protection of the information assets in critical sectors such as energy and finance; cyber security strategy, policy, legislation and compliance; cyber incident management and coordination; cyber security intelligence; cyber security resilience; and cyber security education and enhancing technical capabilities.
