A week before Saudi Arabia announced its latest royal succession plans, the local Twitter sphere was galvanized by the arrival of a very important person: Khaled Al Tuwaijri – chief of the royal court and private secretary of the king.
He finally decided to activate his Twitter account that has been dormant since it was first launched in November 2012.
