Four Gulf Women in Forbes’ 100 Women Who Lead The World

Sheikha-Lubna-al-QasimiForbes magazine has just published its annual list of the world’s most powerful women.

The list includes the top politicians, finance and business leaders, activist billionaires and celebrities who matter. Also included are entrepreneurs and media mavens, technologists and philanthropists — all ranked by money, media momentum, spheres of influence and impact.

From the Gulf region, Forbes has selected four women: Two Emiratis, one Saudi and one Qatari. They are Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation and Development; Fatima Al Jaber, Group CEO of Al Jaber Group; Lubna Al Olayan, CEO of Olayan Financing Company; and Sheikha Mayassa Al Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums Authority.
