OIFC specializes in billing, collection and debt factoring for electricity, water and telecom services in Oman.

The board of Oman Investment and Finance Company (OIFC) has announced the appointment of Mr. Saeed Ahmed Safrar as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

A professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the banking and telecom sectors, Mr. Safrar holds an MBA from the University of Hull, Yorkshire, UK. His last position was the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company (Nawras) prior to his joining OIFC. 

Mr. Safrar was a board member of OIFC prior to his appointment.
