Ooredoo Kuwait, a member of Qatar’s Ooredoo Group, announced the appointment of Frederic Debord as Chief Operating Officer.
Ooredoo Kuwait’s CEO and General Manager Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani said: “We wish to extend a very warm welcome to Frederic Debord for joining Ooredoo Kuwait’s family. We are confident in his ability to contribute positively to our ongoing success in Ooredoo Kuwait“.
Frederic Debord (biography) has two Master’s degrees in Finance and Management, as well as Business Administration.
He has almost thirty years of experience under his belt, and a wealth of international telecommunications experience having worked for industry heavy weights like France Telecom, Orange Slovensko, Orange Dominican.
His most recent role was CEO of INWI Morocco, where he worked for more than six years.
Among the highlights of his tenure there was the implementation of a recovery strategy for the company, which contributed to the growth in customer base during the first two years.
