Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has hired former Crédit Agricole and Citi executive Mazin Manna as CEO, pending regulatory approval.
Mr. Mazin Manna (biography) is a veteran international banker with more than 23 years of corporate, investment and retail banking experience gained across Middle East and North Africa.
Previously, since July 2015, Mr. Mazin Manna served as Senior Regional Officer for the Middle East and North Africa Region and Senior Country Officer UAE at Crédit Agricole CIB.
Prior to that, he was Country Officer for Citi in Bahrain and Managing Director of Citi Islamic Investment Bank since 2010.
Prior to this, he held the position of Co-head of Banking for the Middle-East at Citi and from 2002 he held a number of leadership positions in Citi Corporate and Investment Bank in the Gulf region.
Mr. Manna holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
