General Court of Audit
General Court of Audit (GCA) is the supreme audit institution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the King. It is responsible for post-auditing the state’s revenues, expenditures, and movable and fixed assets. GCA's auditees include ministries, government entities, and private enterprises in which the government has at least 25% stake.
