Ajman Properties (Aqaar) is the result of a merger between the Department of Private Properties formed in 1999 and The Real Estate Investments Public Corporation formed in 2002. Its mission is to lead, reorganize and qualify the properties sector in the Emirate of Ajman. Services provided include maintenance, contract attestation, and issuance of NOC letters.
